Speech (言) plus 者 (zhě) for the sound — to name them one by one, hence all of them, the several: 諸位, 諸君, 諸如此類. In literary Chinese it also fuses two words into one syllable — 之於 or 之乎 — as in 付諸行動, to put into action.
